Piriformis syndrome is a disease of a muscle located in the buttocks, when it presses the sciatic nerve. In this syndrome, there is lower back, buttock and leg pain. In addition, there is tingling, feeling of shock or numbness in the buttocks and lower leg. All these symptoms can get worse after sitting for a long time because that puts too much pressure on your buttocks and if you don't maintain good posture when sitting. Therefore, be careful when you sit.

Keep your back straight. And hold the object close to your body. Avoid twisting your body while lifting. Avoid sitting. Or lying down for long periods of time in a position that puts too much pressure on your buttocks.
