I'VE HAD FILLER INJECTED NEAR MY NOSE TO EVEN OUT MY BIG LIPS

A woman who claims to have the 'world's biggest lips' has admitted to getting even more filler in order to 'even things out'.

Andrea Ivanova, 26, from Bulgaria said she'd had the soluble substance injected into either side of her nose to avoid looking 'aged' and to 'preserve a youthful face'.

The social media influencer - who recently made headlines for having six procedures done in a single day as an 'experiment' - also revealed she'd been warned by doctors that the extra filler could be 'life threatening'.

However in the same breath, she claimed her current surgeon advised the £437 procedure was 'very important' as part of preventative measures to ward off future facial wrinkles.

She explained: 'My doctor said that it is very important [to have filler] in these areas as if there is none, then over the years, my face will look aged.

'As I have a large amount of filler in my lips, as well as in my cheekbones, there is an accumulation of filler on both sides of my face, causing wrinkles.

'Such delicate areas need to be hydrated and injected in order to keep things fresh and young'.

Although the former psychology student - who has spent over £20,000 on lip filler alone - bemoaned the 'sweet pain' that came with the procedure, she was left pleased with the 'wonderful' results.

Andrea is well known for her voluptuous lips and sharp cheeks following numerous bouts of filler work.

Becoming somewhat of an expert on the cosmetic technique, Andrea had noticed her nasolabial wrinkles 'worsening' prior to the augmentation.

And despite having her mind set on fixing this, she had some initial concerns.

She said: 'This area is quite dangerous for injection since the sinuses are located there, as well as many blood vessels.

'It's possible that if these are blocked, the situation could be life-threatening.

'Although dangerous, in my opinion, it's a must to inject this area to preserve a youthful face'.

Despite continuous concerns from her surgeon, she has since been told that in order to continue with the extreme transformation, there are some necessary steps which need to be taken.

Andrea added: 'My doctor is worried about necrosis of the tissue in my lips, but as long as I'm careful and remember to hydrate, then I should be fine.

'It's difficult to smile and I need to drink a lot of water since the hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge.

'I can't rub my face hard with my hands when I wash it or make any sudden movements where the newly injected areas are.

'But I will have the nasolabial folds injected again since I want my lips and cheeks to be more voluminous'.

Andrea is keen on continuing with the facial procedures despite warnings from several medical personnel.

She explained: 'They are convinced, though, that I'm going too far with the enlargement of my cheekbones, too, but I am absolutely adamant that I will continue with these procedures without stopping'.

In a bid to achieve her dream look, Andrea recently underwent six procedures as an 'experiment' in one day alone, spending an eye-watering £830 on the invasive process.

Her long list of treatments included, chin shaping, enlargement and lengthening, jaw shaping and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone enhancement - all at once.

Revealing it was extreme, Andrea confessed that she previously only ever had a maximum of three needles in her face at the same time.

The social media influencer even had to seek out a doctor in Germany to do the procedures on February 21, 2024, as her usual surgeon outright refused.

And even though Andrea was excited about the experience, she confessed it had been extremely painful - more so than usual.

'I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin hurt a lot,' she said.

'It's hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there's a pulling sensation over my face.'

However she believes this feeling is normal after treatment because the 'filler hasn't settled into place'.
